Supervision / Mentoring

Our supervision and mentoring services are designed for occupational therapists at every stage of their career—whether you’re a recent graduate starting your professional journey or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your skills. We offer a supportive and collaborative space to help you navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and grow as a professional.  Our mentoring approach is a partnership. We take the time to understand your unique professional goals and challenges. We use a combination of case discussion, reflective practice, and goal-setting to provide guidance that is both practical and personalised. You’ll leave each session with actionable insights and renewed motivation. Supervision can be completed on a 1:1 or group basis, and in most cases can be supported by Video Conferencing if face to face is not possible.

Services for the Local Education Authority

We are authorised occupational therapy service providers for Buckinghamshire Council.

We can commissioned by the Services for Local Education Authority (LEA) to provide school-based sessions, ensuring that the Occupational Therapy provision outlined in the child’s Statement of Special Educational Needs or Education Health Care Plan is delivered. We have lots of experience of working in partnership with education staff. In addition to direct therapy with the child, emphasis is placed on training education staff that work closely with the child to ensure that therapy strategies are implemented throughout the child’s school day.

Training and Workshops

For parents, local authorities and the NHS, we provide advice, support and training for sensory interventions, fine motor skills and daily activities for either individual children and families or across whole settings (schools or early years).
